Privacy policy for Clients of PHOTOTAXIA PICTURES

I.- Identity and address of the person in charge. In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), as well as its Regulations, we inform you that the companies Bouzher Films S. de R.L. de C.V., El Corazón Negro Films S. de R.L. and/or Tinbox Films S. de R.L. (hereinafter “PHOTOTAXIA PICTURES”, or the “Responsible”), with its address located at Zamora #165 Int. 2, Col. Condesa, Del Cuauhtemoc, C.P. 06140, Mexico City, (the "Contact address"), shall handle the personal data that it collects from you, according to the terms contained in the Privacy Notice hereunder.

II.- Purposes of the handling of the personal data collected.

The data collected will be handled for the following purposes:

A: Necessary for the legal relationship with the Responsible, to: 1) Create a customer database. 2) Improve the control and fulfillment of subsequent consultation processes. 3) To ensure the service is duly provided. 4) Enter into an agreement that may enable the Responsible to provide its services, such as recruitment and selection, payroll administration, among others.

B: Others 1) Transfer data to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Notice, as appropriate. Therefore, and to achieve the aforementioned purposes, the following personal data will be handled: names, surnames, address, telephone (mobile and landline), TIN, property records, Social Security employer registry before the IMSS, nationality, country of residence, type of service required, contact name, contact telephone, contact email, service reports, sector, line of business and; the following financial or patrimonial data: main credit institutions at which you have registered bank accounts, branches, account numbers, and CLABE account numbers.

III.- Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your data. You may contact the Human Resources department of the Responsible Party, to request limitations on the use or disclosure of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Notice hereunder.

IV.- Means to exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection (the “ARCO Rights”). You have the right to: (i) access your personal data collected by us and know the details of the treatment given to it, (ii) rectify them, in case they are inaccurate or incomplete, (iii) cancel them, in case you consider that they are not necessary for any of the aforementioned purposes; that they are being used for non-consensual purposes; or in case of terminating the contractual or service relationship with us, or (iv) object to providing it for specific purposes, in terms of the provisions of the law. To exercise your ARCO Rights, you must submit a request (the “ARCO Request”), to the Responsible, addressed to the Human Resources department, to the following Contact and/or email address: jonathan@phototaxiapictures.com, accompanied by the following information and documentation: 1) Name and address of the owner of the personal data, or whichever other means by which to communicate with them, in order to answer your request. 2) The documents that prove your identity (Voter Identification Card, Passport, Professional License, or any official identification), or if such is the case, of your legal representative, which must be displayed in originals at the Contact Address, in order to receive an answer from the Responsible. 3) The owner must make a clear and accurate description of such personal data, upon which they may wish to exercise any of such rights, as well as the relevant right he/she wishes to exercise regarding it.
